While inundated with thousands of projects and proposals from various individuals and organizations, our Managing Director, Mr. Shajin Mohamed, seized the opportunity to meet Ms. Rhiti, one of the directors at Rhiti Sports. During their engaging conversation on the intricacies of sports and related projects in India, Mr. Shajin gained a profound understanding of Rhiti Sports’ vision and mission.

Approximately 90 days later, a second meeting took place, this time with Ms. Rhiti being accompanied by Rhiti Sports’ founder, Mr. Arun Pandey. This meeting proved to be a pivotal moment. Over the course of the previous 90 days, Team Eighty20 had diligently worked on the project, incorporating inputs from Ms. Rhiti’s initial meeting. Impressed by the uniqueness of the project, Mr. Arun Pandey decided to form a joint venture with Team Eighty20.

The subsequent events were nothing short of miraculous. The project’s distinctive nature attracted partnerships with esteemed sports personalities. Former world No. 1 badminton player Saina Nehwal, current world No. 6 badminton player HS Prannoy, India’s cricket sensation Sanju Samson, and the charismatic all-rounder female cricketer Sneh Rana have all joined forces with us as partners in the project.

This collaboration marks another remarkable achievement for Team Eighty20!

In perfect alignment with the UAE’s initiative, the “Year of Giving,” our concept received approval from MBR Smart Majlis. This approval came as a pleasant surprise and is, by far, the highest achievement we’ve attained. Nailed it!
